Tack-O-Rama understands that the majority of people purchasing this collection are doing so to make money - to print the images on merchandise to sell - and there is absolutely no objection to this whatsoever, however Tack-O-Rama's income is derived from selling the clipart, and to protect that income source, the basic usage rule is that the clipart may not be given away or sold in its current formats, or any form that allows or encourages the images to be duplicated.

Typical examples of acceptable use include, but are not limited to:  t-shirt printing, greeting cards, web graphics, stickers, web templates, book and magazine illustrations.

Typical examples of misuse include, but are not limited to:  using the clipart to create a dingbat or font, other vector files, rubber stamps, stencils, embroidery patterns.
